Three personalities very personal.

Martin IlgMartin Ilg,

born 1969 in Aalen/East Württemberg likes the way up. This might be one reason he has been a member of „Deutscher Alpen-Verein“ for many years and – just like an entrepreneur – a member of the committee as well. Talking about entrepreneurship: Mr. Ilg is a member of „Bundesverband junger Unternehmer“ (BJU) and is engaged in the IT-Cluster of Baden-Württemberg connected (bwcon).

His outstanding projects: Introduction of group working systems at Mannesmann Rexroth, re-organization of the IT-infrastructure division of the South African Telekom as well as an extensive business re-engineering of First National Bank, Johannesburg as a business analyst at Deloitte&Touche.

He directs the fate of univativ in the fields of law and Human Resources as well as strategy and internal organization.

Olaf KempinOlaf Kempin,

born in Offenbach am Main in 1969; being son of two Lufthansa employees, he initially wanted to become a professional pilot – today he likes to steer private planes in his spare time. Mr. Kempin has his annual holiday en bloc and travels the world with his backpack – he has already been to India, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Namibia, Brazil and Sao Tomé e Principe. Already during his studies he seeked out far-off shores: For one semester he studied at University of California at Berkeley and gained experience at Hoechst in the vicinity of New York.

His first entrepreneurial steps led him to the business start-up project WEGA (aircraft construction), where he was a member of the advisory council and a partner, and to the IT branch of ThyssenKrupp in the position of a key account manager.

Since 2002 Mr. Kempin is a member of Junior Chamber International (JCI) at the Chamber of Commerce in Darmstadt, in 2005 he was the executive boards' speaker there.

He directs the fortunes of univativ in the fields of marketing, public relations, sales and IT.

Henning LoofHenning Loof

was born 1973 and raised in Koblenz at Mittelrhein, and has been at home in the Rhein-Main area since 1994. Until a couple of years ago Mr. Loof used to be a competitive athlete in basketball and has lived one year in the U.S. and six months in Paris. He likes most spending his spare time on the water sailing or in the mountains skiing.

He directs the fortunes of univativ in the fields of finance and controlling.
