The basis of our success is our young potentials' pool with more than 6,000 selected students, graduates and young professionals. Because of the multitude of candidates we are able to provide inter-disciplined project teams quickly and flexibly. But not every student can become member of the team as an univativ employee. First of all, every applicant has to clear a hurdle - a special selection process which has been developed within the scope of a study at TU Darmstadt.

This way we make sure that only particularly committed and practically experienced candidates can make it into the univativ team!
