Data & Reporting Manager (m/f/d) part-time
We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented Performance Manager to support our client's Energy Assets business on a part-time, temporary basis (maternity cover). In this role, you will drive high-quality performance reporting, ensure transparency on key KPIs, and enable effective business steering through reliable data and well-coordinated processes. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, contributing to informed decision-making and continuous performance improvement.

- Deliver clear and high-quality performance reporting and insights
- Translate complex data into actionable business information
- Maintain and track KPI structures and performance targets
- Coordinate and prepare monthly performance review processes (MPD/UPD)
- Ensure timely and accurate input from all stakeholders
- Facilitate structured meetings and drive effective communication
- Track and follow up on key actions and decisions
- Consolidate and distribute weekly performance reports
- Highlight key developments and deviations from targets
- Promote efficient reporting practices (“report-by-exception”)

Deine Qualifikationen

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
